The academic session of the college starts from
1st June to 31st May.
2. Commencement of Classes
The dates of commencement of lecture for the
classes will be notified by the Principal when
the college reopens after summer vacation.
3. Admission
Student seeking admission into the college
should apply through SAMS as per the rule of
e-admission of the govt. of Odisha.
4.
Admission to Honours classes shall be made soon
after the class begins.
5. Identity Card
Students are always advised to keep their
identity card with them.
6. Students Problem
Students are not allowed to meet the principal
directly in respect of classes. They should
consult the H.O.D. of the Subjects concerned for
their problems.
7. Fees
Fees must be paid in the college on the date
fixed for collection otherwise fine will be
collected from them from the next date of
collection.
8. Discipline
a) Late comers should not claim their
attendance even if allowed.
b) Strictly, students are not allowed to
gossip on the verandah at leisure.
c) Students are advised o keep bicycle in
the cycle stand and lock up them for safety
Bicycles should never be kept on the verandah.
d) Students are not allowed to spit on
walks, floors, pillars and should not stick any
bills or write anything on the walls doors or
blackboards.
e) Students representatives after due
permission can meet the principal between 1 P.M.
to 2:30 PM in all working days.
f) Disciplinary action will be taken
against the students violating the above rules
by the principal.
