1. There shall
be Cultural Association of Higher Secondary
Students called as K. C. Pipili College Cultural
Association, Jagai.
2. The
Cultural Association shall remain as the sole
tribune for cultural activities of the students
of higher secondary wing of the college.
3.
OBJECTIVES :
a) To
organise discussion and debate pertaining to
enhance the cultural and academic knowledge.
b) to
invite eminent person to Address at the meeting
of the cultural association.
4.
MEMBERSHIP :
Every
student of the higher secondary classes of K.C.
Pipili College is a member of the Cultural
Association.
5. There
shall be an Executive Committee of the Cultural
Association consisting of the following members.
i)
Principal (Ex- Office President)
ii)
Secretary
iii) Asst.
Secretary
iv) Lecture
in charge of Cultural Association
6.
FUNCTION OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE:
a) It shall
prepare the budget of the Cultural Association.
b) It shall
draw up Programme of activities of the Cultural
Association.
7. No
meeting of the Executive Committee shall be
valid unless the lecture in-charge of the
cultural association present address the
proceedings of the meeting. In absence of the
Principal, lect in-charge shall preside over the
meeting.
8. 50% of
members of the committee shall constitute the
quorum.
9. The
minutes of the Executive committee shall be
maintained by the secretary and decisions of the
meeting shall be communicated to the Principal
the day following the meeting by him.
10. Notices
of ordinary meeting with date, time, place and
agenda be issued to the secretary. Meeting shall
be convened at the knowledge of the lecturers
in-charge of Cultural Association and the
cultural/ Advisory Board. The election of the
cultural association will made already to the
rule of the H.S. dept.
11. TENURE
OF OFFICE BEARERS : Normally, office bearers who
appear at the council of H.S. Examination shall
be deemed to have vacated his office on the date
he fills his application from to appear at the
said examination.
12. Office
bearers who don't want to continue may resign in
writing to the Principal and they cease to hold
office from the date their resignation is
accepted.
13.
FUNDS :
a) All
expenditure shall be met out from a Fund raised
through subscription from H.S. student of the
college. The amount of subscription shall be
decided by the Principal.
b) the
Lectures in charge shall keep account of the
Association and the expenditure is subject to
the audit by the Principal.
14. If, in
the Opinion of the Principal the cultural is
working against the interest of the college, he
may by order in consultation with the Advisory
Board and lecturer in charge of the Cultural
Association may dissolve the Association and
make alternative arrangement for the organising
its activities.
15. The
Principal shall the fine authority in all maters
relating to the Cultural Association.
16. If the
Principal is satisfied that congenial situation
is not there or abnormal situation prevails he
may postpone the election of the Cultural
Association. However, to postpone the election,
the Principal may consult of performing the
activities of the Cultural Association.
